I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great for a business multi-day stay near the airport and the Blue Lagoon area, but I felt very unsafe in the surrounding ghetto location. The rooms were surprisingly quiet despite being close to the airport, clean, and well-equipped for a short stay. The service was a mix of friendly interaction along with the shuttle to the Pier for our cruise, but I encountered rude and impolite behavior as staff seemed very busy answering phone calls. The dining options were a little limited, and the coffee left much to be desired. Overall, the value for money could be better considering the location.

I found the hotel to be a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, lacking carpets but providing all essentials for a pleasant visit. The service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is ideal for travelers passing through Miami Airport, and the dining options, although needing some improvements, were convenient. Overall, a good value for the money with some minor room for enhancements.
